Our Customer Friendly Refund Policy:
If you change your mind you can exchange or refund your items provided that:
A). The items are returned within 30 days of purchase; and
B). The item is returned in a saleable condition, that is, it is unused with all original seal packaging; manual and accessories must be included. The item must not be broken or tampered with; and
C). A valid original invoice must be presented.
Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

Just log in into your Premium Tools account, all the tracking details are right there. If you are struggling to log in, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the tracking link via email.
How many days does it take to deliver goods across Australia and New Zealand ?
If yo order is by midday (week days), we will dispatch same day. All orders going to main centres, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne will be delivered next day. Orders to Perth can take up to 5 - 7 working days.
Excluding main centres we expect delivery will take between 2-4 days.
